By accessing or using the GRS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
- Service Usage: You agree to use the platform only for lawful organizational purposes and in accordance with our acceptable use policy.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): Enterprise customers are subject to the uptime guarantees and support response times outlined in their specific MSA.
- Liability: While we strive for perfect accuracy, generative AI can sometimes produce incorrect information. GRS is not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI-generated responses.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an enterprise, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that enterprise to these terms.
